What we will need:
- Potato (1 unit).
- Flaxseed (1 tablespoon).
- Onion (1 unit).
Preparation and use:
The first step is to soak 1 tablespoon of flaxseed in 2 or 3 ounces of water. Then we put it to cook for about 10 minutes. Afterwards, we washed both the potato and the onion and chopped them into small pieces. These ingredients will leave them on the stove for several more minutes and remove constantly. If any of the liquid remains, we squeeze the excess of this.
Now, put the mixture in some old gloves or socks and tie it in the sore area. Finally, we cover the area with a plastic bag and we love it in such a way that the liquid does not escape. In case the pain is in the spine, hip, ribs or knees, we recommend putting the mixture in a gauzet and wrapping it in the affected area. This mixture should leave it there all night and remove it with soap and water the next morning. This process can be repeated as many times as you want or until the problem has disappeared.
Annotation: If the onion causes irritation in your skin, you can apply a little olive oil. Another solution would be to wrap the mixture in a little more gauzet and then tie it in the affected area.
